The future is wild wiki is a collaborative website about the Nelvana science fiction CGI animated series The Future is Wild, that came on Discovery Kids (before becoming The HUB). The wiki format allows anyone to create or edit any article, so we can all work together to create the site. Check out the Help Contents to get started!
The Future is Wild was about a group of kids - a girl from way off in the future, and three kids from the modern era- they travel in a time machine to help a futuristic civilization relocate some point in the future. The series was meant to highlight the conceptual futuristic wildlife from the Discovery Channel documentary of the same name. The children were there to help young viewers better relate to the fiction, with differing personalities to add character tension, while the time machine was a means to get them to where they need to be.
